04 / THE SIX BLANCHE DIMENSIONS

Develop treatment plans

A prepared case. A plan to discuss.

Planning connects the information collected in your practice with the proposed treatment. Blanche supports plan preparation and discussion of the case. You retain clinical approval, prescribing and the relationship with your patient.

A conversation around your clinical objectives.

Planning support that fits the way you work.

01

Usable case records

We agree the records needed with you. Organised preparation helps everyone understand the case and identify missing information before proceeding.

02

A proposal to review

The proposed plan supports discussion of intended movements, objectives and identified limits. Questions and requested changes are addressed before your approval.

03

Your clinical decision

The clinician reviews the proposal against the patient’s examination and clinical information. Manufacturing must follow the agreed approval process.

A plan as a basis for discussion.

A digital representation helps explain and discuss the proposal. It does not guarantee a biological outcome. Your clinical assessment remains essential to evaluate treatment suitability and inform the patient.

From case records to approval

01

Collect

Case records and your treatment objectives.

02

Prepare

A proposed plan based on the information supplied.

03

Discuss

Questions, limitations and adjustments requested by the clinician.

04

Approve

Your clinical approval and confirmation of the next stages.

Documented communication.

Together we agree the transfer channel, contacts and process for reviewing the plan. Timelines and the scope of revisions are specified in the proposal. Diagnosis and treatment decisions remain the responsibility of the treating clinician.

Before you start

Who approves the treatment plan?

The treating clinician approves the proposal following clinical assessment. Planning support does not replace this responsibility.

Can I request changes?

Requests are discussed before approval. Their scope and arrangements are defined in your offer.

What if a further opinion is needed?

The situation is discussed with the agreed contact. Additional support or an appropriate referral may be considered for the case.

Let’s discuss your planning workflow.

Your experience, tools and communication needs will shape the framework.
